&lt;p&gt;We have a new pom smoothie coming in the Smoothies digest sized special coming out in 2008. YUM!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pom is one of my favorite smoothie flavors. But I've never had the guts to &amp;quot;gut&amp;quot; one—I always buy the juice.&lt;/p&gt;

You&amp;#39;re right about pomegranates--they&amp;#39;re heck to get open and cleaned out. I take one pomegranate &amp;quot;seed&amp;quot; and put it in a martini. Then I drink the martini and toss the seed. Hope this helps.&lt;/p&gt;
