Between my kids' extra finicky taste buds, my husband's dietary preferences and restrictions, and my full time job, well I don't have much time and really see the point of trying to cook. I just end up frustrated that I wasted a lot of time and energy shopping for, preparing and cleaning up after a mean that only I end up eating. Well, actually end up eating for days on end b/c there's tons of leftovers. I always wanted to be one of those mom's who could whip up anything and enjoyed cooking, but I'm not. And that makes me sad. Maybe some day?
