Well, another Summer is coming to an end. I feel like we missed out on our Summer here in Maine, it just rained and rained for weeks. Oh, well I guess it's time to embrace Fall. I do love taking my boys apple picking, and apple cider is my favorite

A Lost Recipe Found!!
I never thought I would cry over a recipe, but I did. My grandmother passed away in 2001, she left me most of her cooking supplies, and I think of her every time I use her mixing bowls. What she didn't leave was her recipe for a dip she used to make

Summer!!!!!
Hi there! It has been a really long time since i have posted. I know summer isn't officially here yet, but it's close enough for me. The boy's and I have just about been living outside, and loving it! We all had a serious case of Cabin Fever

Another Holiday Past
Phew! We made it through another holiday! I always thought that if I were to be the one cooking a big family dinner on a holiday that it would be too much stress. Now I think it sounds like a piece of cake compaired with dragging two children, aged 1

Well this is a first for me (blogging that is) so bear with me. I just thought I would talk a little about my family. I have two boys, they are 1 and 2, born a week apart. As well as my husband of 5 years. My oldest son refuses to eat meat, of any sort
