Hi and welcome to this month’s Plus newsletter! As you can probably imagine, here at Healthy Cooking, we’re treated to a steady supply of recipes to sample. We publish four cooking magazines from our location, so our Test Kitchen is a constant source of mouth-watering aromas and great recipes to try—which can be a struggle if you’re trying to eat right. That’s one reason we all smile in relief when we know those fabulous-tasting recipes are from Healthy Cooking.

Just like you, our staff is trying to eat right and follow a healthy lifestyle. So the August/September issue couldn’t be arriving a moment too soon. It features terrific meal ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner—including snacks and dessert. Best of all, many of the recipes can be prepared in 30 minutes or less! Look for it in your mailbox now.
