Not Really.

No, I didn't cut off my finger in the Cuisinart as it says in my profile. In fact, DW and I hardly ever use our Cuisinart—we prefer to cut and chop by hand with our good (and very sharp) Henkle knives.

Here's a tip: If you really enjoy cooking, invest in a good set of knives. Sharp, well-balanced knives make preparation quick and easy.

And yes, it's easy to cut off a finger with a good sharp knife—even easier than with a Cuisinart. So be careful!

Hey! thanks for doing what you have done for us here. I know you had to put in mega hours doing this! I think you did a great job, and the new board is pretty cool :)  I loved going through the videos and recipes on the main page, I learned a lot !

The board is a little slow, even with high speed, but I'm sure that will be resolved soon.  Thank you so much for this great new place! I love it!

i have a good set of kitchenaid knives. they are very sharp! i cut myself badly with the serrated one when i first got them. yikes!

anyway, i have a question. i have a mac laptop, with safari as my browser. i do not have access to the toolbar. are there plans to include safari in the future? my dh likes safari best as our browser.

thanks.
