I hope you were there because if you weren't, you missed a great event. That was the first show in Aiken, SC in 3 years. It was a great success and we almost doubled the attendance

re: Taste of Home Cooking School-episode 11

Portia, send me your email address and I will email it to you. michelle_roberts@rd.com

I attended your show in Pigeon Forge, TN in the fall of 2008,

one of the recipes you made was for chili using bulgar.

well guess what made the chili one time everyone loved

it BUT now I can't seem to find my book. Please help

just give me the name of the chili and I will get it through

the TOH recipes.

THANKS Portia

You are such a sweetheart and I loved helping you in Aiken! For sure, I'll be back the next time there's a TOH Cooking School. It was a super day for me!

BTW, tomato gravy is all the rage at my house and I can hardly wait for the tomatoes in my little garden to get ripe! Make it with canned diced ones in the winter time. Try adding milk instead of water. That's what my MIL does and that makes it very creamy.

Have a wonderful summer!

Your blog is fun and entertaining reading. I have never heard of Tomato gravy. Glad you had another wonderful season on the road with the cooking school.
