Just awhile back we were asking about you on the Diaries board, wondering where you and your stories went. I happen to love poetry as well, and love Emily Dickinson, and have written my own poems. We recently bought a lovely cement bench to put on my Dad's grave. It says: Don't cry because it's over; smile because it happened. I'm thinking that your poem might have inspired that saying.

I also love the common sense poem - LOL. MarineMom (Joan)

I love to hear of your family and your lovely English ways of saying things. My deceased DH's family was from the north of Ireland, but so very British in their speech and mannerisims and tea, tea, tea. My tea drinking was waving a teabag over a cup of hot water until I married. I then learned to drink it black enough to stand a spoon all by itsself in it and the proper way to brew it..lol..Still like it that way. We didn't have coffee in our house for many a year..Toni

Since today is "N" day on photo challenge, I think you should post a picture of a newt. I, myself, am having a hard time coming up with an N - so far, needle - totally uninteresting! MarineMom
