The dill bread seemed to be very popular. Everyone who tried it, loved it.
Now I am working on a braided Cinnamon Bread. I have made a few practice loaves, and my children love it toasted with butter. I think it would make great french toast!
From my practice loaves I have learned that I need to use a LOT more cinnamon sugar than the recipe indicates. I don't like just a little hint of cinnamon sugar in the bread...I want to taste it!
I probably won't bake today, I am not feeling well. Perhaps after church tomorrow, if all goes well. I need to make at least 4 loaves.
I am liking bread making so far...but I have a lot to learn! I am trying to pay attention to differences and results....for example the Dill Bread is made with water, the cinnamon bread with milk. The Dill Bread has egg in it, the Cinnamon Bread doesn't.
Anyway, I keep trying!
