I am traveling to Italy (hitting many of the popular tourist cities - Naples, Rome, Florence etc) and I'm wondering if anyone out there knows of some great eating places. We're wanting to find some out-of-the-way non-touristy places that serve "Mama's" kind of cooking. If you have any ideas, please let me know!!! Pizza

I'm a country girl but I love upscale cooking. Experimenting in the kitchen is so much fun for me...I wish I could do it as a job. It wouldn't be work, it would be play! I love sneaking ingredients that people say they don't like into food and watch them eat and enjoy it! The expressions on their faces are priceless when I tell them what's in it. Fun! Fun! Fun! I am a substitute teacher because it makes it easy to travel. If Scott's company sends him somewhere, I can go too without losing personal time off. I love learning new things like crafts or a new trade or a new way of cooking. I also love to teach so I can share what I've learned.
