I use it for everything, especially since I am not always cooking in big quantities. Cleanup is a breeze. Amen, to a good set of knives. I use it to weigh out dry ingredients when I'm baking. I weigh instead of measure semi-sold ingredients such as sour cream and mayo. I weigh my cheese to make sure it really is a 1/2 cup. I've had it for years and find I use it more and more.&lt;/p&gt;
