Also tried a recipe for Baba Ganoush for vegan friend that joined us.&amp;nbsp; She loved it as did my daughter, not sure I was crazy about it.&amp;nbsp; Also made guacamole using the Pampered Chef mix, not impressed with that either, like the one I made from scratch last year alot better. Oh well, you don&amp;#39;t know if you don&amp;#39;t try.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;m seriously looking forward to the new year &amp;amp; shedding a few pounds.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;m really not sure 40 &amp;amp; fat is the way to be!&lt;/p&gt;
