    Reading the recipe for Chocolate Peanut Clusters it calls for 2 pounds of white candy coating. I am wondering what is this and where would I purchase it.

    You find this in either the bulk section of your super market - most of them all have candy discs.  Sometimes bulk - sometimes in 1 lb packages.  You can also find it in the baking section sometimes.

    You can also find Almond Bark at Walmart.  They have it in white and chocolate and it is cheaper than the candy coating discs.  It comes in blocks of squares.  Look for it near the baking stuff.  This is what it looks like:


    I buy the round candy coating discs in the baking section of the big craft stores.
