I am looking for a recipe that was at a Fall Cooking school several years ago. The pork loin had several spices rubbed on it then was baked with apple juice that was used to baste the pork while cooking. After the pork was done, the drippings were used to make a gravy using packet gravy. Does anyone have this recipe?
