    Meal Planning Worksheet

    Hi...I just bought the new comford food diet cookbook and am excited to try some of the recipes. The book says that there are blank meal planning worksheets online that we can print but I cannot find them.  Where do I find them on the website?

    Click on this www.ComfortFoodDietCookbook.com . Enter the Access Code found on the bottom of page 41 in the cookbook.  Under "Helpful Tools"  you will see the link for the meal planning worksheets.  Hope that helps. Big Smile

    Thank you Annie!  You don't know how many times I looked at that page but did not notice the "helpful tools" right in the middle!  Ugh!

    You can find them under Tools at the website listed in the book or here...
