I have been doing my lobster tails in the microwave for years. They turn out perfect everytime. Got this idea from a guy who did a lot of fishing. First time I told my husband what I was doing, he was sure it wouldn't turn out, now he is a believer. Any other microwave meals?

how do you do your lobster tails? They are expensive here in Minnesota and don't want to wreck them.

Lobster tails are also expensive here. I put them in a glass pie plate and cover with paper towel, tails to center. Cook on high for 6 to 9 min., check to see when they turn solid white. Your microwave may be a different temp., so would see what book that came with it says. Be sure and ask place where you buy them to split so meat is free of tail.
