    I need to know if there is any one who has ever made a sugar free pumpkin roll? If any of you have would you please share your recipe?

    Hi Tenn gal! * I am from GA and went to school in TN ....boy do I miss it over there!

    Well, I haven't made a pumpkin roll like this, but I have had success using Splenda cooking for a friend that has diabetes....so, you could try using that - just remember that although the box says you can use it cup for cup like sugar, I find that it is not quite as sweet and would use about 1 1/2 cups Splenda for 1 cup of sugar....you could use this for the cake part and also for the filling and I think that is work...let me know how it turns out if you decide to try it....
