I usually cook my corned beef in my dutch oven, covered with water. I want to cook it in my slow cooker the same way (covered in water) with the seasonings How long should I cook it and at what heat temperature.
I usually cook my corned beef on low for about 6 hours. I've never added that much water. I'll add about 1/2 cup of water, couple bay leaves, poke some garlic cloves in it & set it on some chunked up carrots, potatoes & onions. If I want cabbage with it, I'll add that about the last 45 minutes.
