I have recently started using almond or cashew meal in my homemade bread recipes. I use half flour/ half meal & they turn out exceptionally moist!!!! Going to use it in my Christmas cookies to make them softer. Do any of you use the almond or cashew meal in recipes? If so, what do you use it in & how do you use it?
I use almond meal for my daughter, who can't have gluten. I use it in cakes and brownies mostly. I have made cookies before too, but she's never liked the bread I've made.

I recently used almond flour in Sausage and Cheese Muffins recipe. It turned out great!
