Hi there. When my mother in law comes to town she always makes the best frittatas for us. She keeps it simple with egg, potatoes and onions and lots of olive oil. There are delicious and I want to make them myself. The problem is she uses two frying pans to flip it and it just get messy. There has to be an easier way, which I assume would be a good frittata pan. I have seen a few but wanted some opinions from other users which ones worked well. Any thoughts? Appreciate it!
I don't flip my frittatas, I finish them in the oven like this one...

Looks delicious! I will try one like that.
I do not flip mine either. I usually make mine in my cast iron skillet. Works great. I made one today in my new Mauviel skillet- worked perfectly!
I actually did that this morning, not cast iron though. I cooked it normally and also had a top on which helped retain heat and cook a bit deeper. Then instead of flipping I turned on the broiler and set it in with the handle turned out about an inch underneath for a minute and it was perfect! So much easier.
