I have several quick bread recipes that I use all the time but always in the standard loaf pans. I want to make several mini loaves but don't know how long to cook them or at what temp. Same amount of time and oven temp as the standard pan? Also, to save time, I bought dried lemon and orange peel--can I substitute for grated zest and if so, what measurement?

I would like to use a "standard" loaf pan", for a recipe that says it makes " five mini loaves". How many standard loaves can I get out of five mini loaf recipe??? Thank You, Judy
Judy I get 3 mini loaves out of my standard banana bread recipe so I'm guessing you'd get one large loaf out of yours. Maybe a couple muffins too.
