Can you freeze fresh cranberry sauce?

    Can you freeze fresh cranberry sauce?

     I've never made cranberry sauce before so I thought I woud try it.

     I was thinking of making fresh cranberry sauce today and putting it in the freezer for Thursday.  

    Will this freeze and thaw ok?

    I freeze mine...and it turns out fine.  Just make sure it is completely cooled down first to prevent the ice crystals from forming.
