    Coconut Milk

    I recently read a recipe that was served with rice cooked with coconut milk. Can someone tell me how to cook rice this way?

    Diana the only way I've done this is using the boil-n-bag style rice.  I simply added half a can of coconut milk to the water the rice bag was boiled in.  It worked great - we did it last spring at the Taste of Home Cooking Schools.
