    Substitute for Guinness beer

    Does anyone know what I could substitute for Guinness beer in a barbeque sauce recipe (the Honey Chipotle Ribs)? The recipe calls for two bottles. Thank you!

    Are you looking for a different beer to use or something non-alcoholic? 

    Here's what I found on several different sites just in a search:

    Beer or Ale - A strong chicken, beef or mushroom broth, or non-alcoholic beer.

    Beer or Ale (Light)     - Chicken broth, white grape juice or ginger ale.
