What do you serve to complete your meal when lasagna is the main course? Thanks for the suggestions.

Usually just a nice salad and some breadsticks or garlic bread. It doesn't take much else with a hearty main dish like that.

Garlic toast, and a green salad with blue cheese dressing. And I might garnish the lasagna with sour cream and black olives.

Salad and garlic bread would do it for us...but some nice fresh broccoli or asparagus, steamed & drizzled with Italian dressing would also work!!

Good idea, Sparty. Greenbeans are also good that way.

I like a nice salad made with a balsamic vinegar/olive oil dressing and olives with lasagne, and I have tended to do just plain steamed broccoli with butter as a side. It just goes very well together.

Another vote for garlic bread and a nice green leafy salad - and if you want dessert, something cool & light, a pudding type of refrigerator dessert would be refreshing.
