This is the first time I have cooked a port tenderloin. The marinade recipe looks wonderful and I am in the midst of letting it sit. I don't know what to serve with it.......noodles, rice, potatoes???? Suggestions really appreciated........thanks....
I usually make mashed potatoes, and make gravy from the drippings. Mmmmmm............
Spatzle is wonderful with a pork roast. Beets and applesauce go well too.
I like rice pilaf with it. Green beans or broccoli is a good vegetable.

Agree with cranberry sauce, roasted potatoes or egg noodles. Mashed potatoes with a sweet potato, yumm, and pretty too!
I think I would probably serve tenderloin with some fluffy mashed potatoes. Most any green vegetable would be good and we like fried or baked apples with pork.
Your tenderloin sounds good, just by itself.
Roast pork I always do with mashed potatoes, but pork tenderloin I usually do roasted potatoes or couscous and some sort of veggie.

I like to do a flavored rice - one of those Lipton things - and a green vegetable, like broccoli or green beans. And always applesauce. DH likes applesauce with his pork.
