I need to get flour anyway, but wondered if you could dredge your chicken in Bisquick instead of flour. I made fried chicken for the first time in a very long time the other day and it came out great but since I use Bisquick to make pancakes/waffles I wondered if you can use Bisquick on your chicken too.

I always use half bisquik and half flour when I make my chicken. It makes a great coating. It really works nice even on skinnless chicken.
I use this recipe all the time it is very good plus it isn't as fating as frying it in alot of oil.
