How can I tell if they are still good?
If you eat them and don't end up with food poisining, then that's how you'll know they were still good!
I think the rule is to use within one week of opening. I've used mine even 4 and 5 days after my week was up, with no problem. Since they are pasteurized, I didn't really worry about it so much.
But, When in doubt, throw it out!

I freeze them....in 1/2 and 1/4 cups and in 2 tablepsoon portions....
It's not how you start, it's how you end....so end strong!!
