How does the fat leave your body? Through your bowel movements or through your urine? I understand losing water from your body in the form of diahrea or urinating. How does the fat leave?

I always heard when your body burned fat, the 'ashes' leave thru your peepee as keytones. There are ketosticks you can purchase to pee on while dieting and if it changes to the color spectrum indicated on the package you know you are burning fat, therefore losing weight.
I'm not psycho.....I just like psychotic things.

Glad I'm not the only one to ask this question. Burning fat says oxidization to me. So then how is it expelled? Sweat, urine, breath, lots of possibilities.
Some days, I can literally see the testosterone floating in the air around here.
