GM everyone,
Looked to P. 6 and didn't see this started so, Mission for today is in bedroom. get rid of anything that does not belong in bedroom. Things that have gotten thrown into a corner, chair or even on floor. Get them out!
Am eating breakfast, gotten clothes downstairs, now for dd to finish up w her laundry and I can start mine.
It's been raining out this morning and getting humid out. What do I expect from MN weather.
Have to start the HB today and try and finish it also today or tom.
Got to make a run to the bread store either today or tom. Getting low on them, than make a grocery list and go to Cub and get that done later this week.
Have a turkey out thawing, have to clean fridge out and start anew again. Some one left the freezer door open and it's full of frost, so time to clean it.
Better go for now and get started on the HB and get other things agoing. Take care, .

I'm about to leave for work, thought I'd bump this up!
My assistant is on vacation now for the rest of the week and next Monday so I have to go in to work at 7:00. I hate missing my morning walk. I worked till almost 5:30 last night - thought I'd better get the week's payrolls done so I wouldn't be trying to do that while I'm doing everything else!
It's been very hot here. Hit 90 yesterday and it's supposed to do it again today. Thank goodness for air conditioning!

Am ready to go out the door. Thought I'd get on here first.
Mission for today is attack the clothes pile. Pile is either on top of the hamper, dresser or at foot of bed. Set timer for 15 and grab some hangers, fold up, or thro into laundry. While ur doing this do not hang up, fold or put into laundry if u hate it. Time to let go!!! If u do not love it, send it right out the door.
Am going to scour the green hses. and get a doz. or so plants and dirt. They're starting to take down so will try and see if they have some good ones left. Dh put together the 2nd tier last night so it's ready to go, and the planter should be dry so I'll see what it looks like together...
Suppose to rain today and tom. so glad I'm going to be indoors.
cookie, don't work so hard.
Dgs is up watching the tube so might as well get him something to eat, I'm hungry also. So will go for now and get busy. Take care .

Kind of lonesome around here so far this week, eh Linda? Hope everyone is OK, just busy.
I had a pretty calm day at work yesterday, hoping for the same today! I enjoy the challenge. Besides that my assistant would be very disappointed if she came back from vacation and all her work was done LOL! I do what needs doing most and the rest just waits.
I am extra tired though. I was sitting reading the paper before dinner last night and actually starting nodding off. My DH noticed that and did most of the cooking for dinner. That was nice. Then I went to bed earlier than usual.
Supposed to be another hot one around here today. You are probably getting it too, Linda. Be careful out there doing your gardening.

Today is Wed., mission for today...It's anti-procrastination day. We're going to straighten up the closet floor.
Do u think u have too many shoes?? I only got 6 or so, while ur lining up shoes: pick 2 pair to give away or thro. Next time ur looking for a matching shoe, u'll smile because u can find a pair to match ur outfit.
I'm still washing clothes, tom. will watch twins for awhile, both r going to be working, so they need someone to watch for a few hrs. Will be different.
Dd is at summer school. Luckily it's only 1 time a week. He's driving me nuts!! Wonder what's going to happen tom. w the twins here. Dd said she'd be here so it shouldn't be too bad.

Just got done paying bills. Thought I'd check in. I had another fairly calm day at work today.
DH and I walked across the street to the little resaurant next to the golf course for dinner. We love that little place. We each had a half sandwich with a cup of soup.
I got my sink all shined up after I did the dishes, so the kitchen looks good.
Good for you that you get to watch the twins, Linda. That should be fun. Good thing your DD will be there to help keep the green-eyed monster at bay. How does your GS enjoy sharing his Grandma?

cookie, H my oldest gs, doesn't have many friends his age, so he's glad they're coming. J and Z, the twins, hopefully will get along w H. #2 will pick them up when he gets off work.
Mission for today: we've been tackling clutter in our bedrooms. So today we r going to clean off the nightstands!! Get tissues, cups, and stuff that has piled up, toss and put away. Then grab a feather duster or dust rag and dust surface. Place a pretty candle or picture there. Something that is new to that spot that u love to see.
Waking up and not seeing a pile of things on the nightstand and a pile of clothes make ur morning a little brighter!
Got those jeans that I bought from the second hand store in the dryer, next the sheets.
Today is cool and comfortable after all the rain in the northern part of the state. Got windows and doors open, smells good...w the air on it seems to get stuffy or stale I should say.
Am going to thro the turkey in the electric oven I got as a present and didn't think I was ever going to use. At least it won't heat up the hse. as much as the oven.

Just waiting for my DD to get home and then we're going to KMart. We spotted some folding chairs in their ad for 5.99, the kind that have little cup holders in the arms. We still have the old fashioned folding chairs that are aluminum with the webbing. They are starting to embarrass me because they are so old fashioned. Nobody has those any more!
I worked from 7:00AM to 5:00PM today. Long day! Things were still pretty calm, but then close to the end of the day someone brought me a bunch of bills and some of them need to be paid on my check run tomorrow. So I had to get those all entered. Then I stopped at the bank and then to the meal site to help, so I didn't get home till 6:00PM. Good thing DH is working tonight, he didn't have to miss me.
Linda, glad little H is OK with the idea of the twins. Did he have fun playing with them? Are they walking BTW? They're almost one year old, right? You are smart shopping at the second hand store for your jeans. Sounds like you got quite a bargain. We have a Goodwill that's pretty close, so that's where I do my donations. Once in awhile I take a look around inside too. You never know what you're going to find.
G, it's almost noon, can't believe it I didn't turn on my puter 'til now. I guess twins and everything that went on yesterday really tired me out.
Today's mission if u haven't done it already, take 15 min. to declutter ur dresser. Get the things off the top of ur dresser that u have placed there that u were going to put away later. Later is now. Take care of this; it really makes a great difference.
Had to take twins home coz #2 had the pu truck and she had the car. He looked tired but happy that he got some work.
Sent for some pj's from Country Store catolog and they finally came today. What was I sent the order and forgot the check so more postage and monkeying around. .
Got the last load of laundry in the dryer and it's been sitting in there overnight.
cookie, the twins will be 1 next month and yes they've started walking. We brought them out in the backyard and let them run, think J was teething so he didn't feel like it to much but H & Z had fun in the sandbox, etc. Have old chairs like that and r still good, but than again we have a few that r sling chairs, but w no cup holders. Wondering if I do get a couple more w them...
Boy there's been alot of rain n. of here and the roads have sink holes in them and all...we have friends and relatives that live up there. Hope everyone's doing aok. Heard from some of them and they're alright, TG...please say prayers that everyone is aok...

Hi you two...where is everyone else? I haven't had a computer since last Saturday...wow...did I get a virus! I changed virus control...went to the microsoft from my Norton and had never had that happen before. He ended up putting in a new hard drive...this computer now should last me as I long as I need one, but there are things that aren't right.
I didn't get much done last week per flylady..well, didn't know what you were doing, but I see the bedroom
Linda, I have more shoes than I need...I recall growing up I had one pair...maybe two if I was lucky enough to have a pair for Sunday. we are having a shoe drive in our town, should get rid of some.
We had an inch of rain one day, and a couple days later 1 1/2"...so we are well set for now.

We're haveing our 4th of July parade here today. We always know when it's here, they park up w floats, bands, etc. in our circle. About 5 or so years ago they moved the 4th parade into our neighborhood. If u like parades and all. Would've loved it around here when the kids were young...
Am getting lazy, still in pj's. So I'm going to jump into the shower and get dressed and see what dh and I can get into. Hope everyone has a nice day.

I got a nice surprise yesterday afternoon. My assistant came back early from her vacation and wants to work Monday! Fine with me. That way I don't have to go in to work so early.
DH and I are going out to dinner for our anniversary tonight. We will be married 18 years on Monday.
I've been thinking about getting some new dishes. Does anyone have any of the Fiestaware? My mother had some of that and my sister has it. It's such a clean looking, functional design. Kind of art deco in a way. I'd like to get a mixture of blues, yellows, and greens. My DD and I were just looking in my kitchen cabinets to see how I could put more dishes in! It dawns on me that I am supplying way too much storage space to things I seldom, if ever, use. That might be the ticket. Either pack away some things I can't part with or bless someone else with some of it would be good.

oh, cookie, do you ever sound like a flylady...looking in your cupboard with that discerning eye...and thinking to get rid of something! I made your sugar cookies yesterday, hadn't made them for a long time, also made some chocolate chip cookies.

The 4th of July parade is early, but they try and make it around all the other parades and celebrations around here. Thought they'd waited til next weekend, but must've been a schedule conflict w other people...
I love the fiesta ware, but right now only have room for 1 set of dishes. Dh's dm gave me the china cabinet that her dm gave her, but I have all my collections and memories, not dishes, lol. Don't know if anyone else uses them for that, but she did and decided to keep it that way.
Dd just got a call from a friend of hers. Anyway, her bf just passed. Gosh, he didn't even make it to 30. She lost touch w him the past few months, because he drank alot and dd didn't want to put up w it. Which I don't blame her. I think she feels bad because she did that, but no one has to put up w a drunk, esp. w her son and all...I really liked him too, except for that bad flaw.
