The only one I can find is.....1-800-867-7183. But that is all automated, no option to speak to a live person. I just want to buy more minutes but since I have a double minutes phone I'm not sure I am getting twice the minutes using that system plus have a promo code for extra minutes. I want one of the 365 day plans. Have had the phone since Dec. and have had all freebie minutes and days so this is the first time I have had to purchase anything. Been happy so far....freebie is good! lol

I bought my phone from Tracfone, not in a store, and I have a triple minutes phone. I buy a card and do it on their website and always get my triple minutes. I also Google "Tracfone promo codes" and find a current one and that usually works, too.
If you have registered your phone with Tracfone, you should always get the double minutes when you do it online using a card. Or even if you buy the minutes from them online using a credit card. I have done it both ways.

Been using Tracfone for years and have never bought a card or called them to add minutes...always just buy minutes from their website. Kids have double the minutes and DH has Triple the minutes...have ALWAYS gotten every minute I'm supposed to.
