Good morning/afternoon to you all, going to be another hot day here & sunny, it rained most of last week. The tiler got here about 1/2 hour ago but the rest of the tiles haven't showed up yet, they are to be delivered here. It will probably be another 2 weeks before I can use the shower
My friend is coming over again so I don't know what time she will leave or when I will get to come back here.
Tonight for dinner we will have:
Chicken penne salad on top of iceburg lettuce, it is so good
Toasted English muffins

Hi everyone. It already is another hot one. It's 98 right now, but I'm sure it'll hit 100 by 6 or so. I hate 100s. LOL
I forgot to take anything out of the freezer, but I have a hamburger in the fridge I'll nuke (it's already cooked) and add a veggie to it and call it supper. Tomorrow I'll have pork chops and something-or-other.
DD and I made roasted tomato penne ala vodka, will throw that in the oven later with a salad and some nummy bread.
I bought some little steaks on sale yesterday, and some frozen greenbeans with almonds. But I was too tired to cook when I got home, so my husband ran out for pizza.I guess I'll make last night's dinner tonight.
A lot of this is folk memories and cultural hangovers.
greetings from Flagstaff...so nice and cool here....husband came up for a bike race tomorrow...so we are making a weekend out of it....it was so nice to eat lunch OUTSIDE at Burger King....lol
going to The Crown Railroad Cafe tonight.....I will check out the menu for me soon....husband will have either, fish and chips or NASTY stuffed cabbage leaves....YUCK....

PLL, It is supposed to be close to 100 here tom. I hate summer. Our A/C isn't working very well because with the tiler coming & going the door is open a lot. I might need more freon, I have the temp set for 72 & it reads at 80 enjoy your burger.

Made cube steak with onions and mushrooms in a rich brown gravy, mashed potatoes and au gratin Brussels sprouts. Family gave two thumbs up.
