Good Friday afternoon y'all, hoping you are having a good day?
My eye exam went well yesterday, the pressure stayed the same & the Dr. was happy about that. DH's appt. went well too, the Dr. confirmed what he has & let him know he will be ok. It was a nice trip to Temple but it was very hot---105, thank God for A/C.
My cleaning lady came today & got my house cleaned again, feels good. I'm glad she came today because my foot is getting sore again.
Tonight for supper we will be having:
Pan fried pork medallions with mushrooms
Coleslaw
Watermellon & canteloupe chunks
What will you be making for your dinner tonight?

I have NO idea what's for supper tonight! Part of me is considering going out, the other part isn't ambitious enough for that, LOL.

Hi Sue, thank you!!! I know what you mean, I don't feel like going out but I don't want to cook either.
I changed my menu for tonight, instead of pork I will be making a salad with garbanzo beans, black olives, mozzerella cheese & ham & tomatoes.
good check-ups are always a good thing!!!!
husband and I went over to the east side today....lunch at Joe's BBQ in Gilbert....the best brisket...yummO...then over to Merchant Square antiques....I found a pointy flower frog....woohoo....and 4 pretty doilies....all at great prices....another woohoo....then because it's only 111 degrees out I treated us both to a drink at Sonic...diet cherry limeaide for me and a strawberry island breeze slush for husband....
tonight is husbands turn to cook...but I did most of it before he got home from pickle ball and when we left...so he has it pretty easy today...we shall dine on:
crockpot "baked" potatoes
steamed broccoli
sliced green onions and grated cheese
then new to us pretzel rolls....they look good...hope they taste good too...

Hello all. It has been a busy several weeks for us. Tonight will be leftover enchiladas or whatever you want...just make your own and leave me alone er, please. Thank you. We are heading to So. California tomorrow for a quick turn around trip...just one night. Must go to a funeral. Then, I need to stay put for a while, even in this stupid heat.
