    Has anyone received their new one yet; or the one that has the key lime cheesecake in it? Am I correct in assuming that if you do not have a springform pan, you can place the crust and rest of ingredients in a regular cake pan? Can you use regular like juice if you do not have key lime juice? Thanks for answering my questions. I do not make a lot of cheese cakes and was wondering.

    Maryann-I have been trying new recipes and it seems like they want us to use springform. I don't own any, so I've been using a 9 inch pie plate. Works well. Hopefully, I'll have the time to post a cheesecake recipe I tweaked earlier this week and we all liked it. I think I remember reading somewhere that lime juice will work instead of key kime.
