I just read an article in the June/July issue of REMINISCE magazine (Page 51). The article was sent in by Marilyn Tomlinson of Jack-
sonville. Florida. She said that in her grandfathers Deli, he kept 3 jars on top of a counter. One contained pickled eggs, another pickled pigs feet and the third jar contained pickled rooster combs. I would like to know if anuone knows anything about the combs. How do they cook it and how is it used? If you know, then your answers will be quite interesting to me.
