Potato chips, pickle spears, and beer.
Chips and fruit such as grapes or canteloupe (or a mix) or maybe a pasta salad.
I was going to say chips too, but maybe a mac salad would be nice.

I would serve potato salad, or french fries. We serve BLT's at the restraunt where I play cook ( I enjoy the job, I feel like it's play time) most people have their BLT's served with a cup of soup.
Fruit salad, bright and citrusy, to contrast the smoky, salty and oily elements in the sandwich.

It's actually a complete meal in itself - meat, carb, vegetable!
I've changed my answer - I say ice cream! LOL
A REAL Bloody Mary, using fresh- squeezed tomato juice- Virgin or otherwise. OOHHH! Gives me goosebumps! Guac and chips. Vanilla bean Ice Cream.

Yummm! Whatever you need to bring a pitcher of those over to the bar please!
We usually have fruit or cottage cheese.
sounds good....I was thinking fruit as a side dish....but we are rather picky to what kinds of fruit....cantloupe I think it will be and maybe grapes....husband is allergic to watermelon...so I never buy it...and he doesn't eat potato chips...or cottage cheese, cucumbers & olives....if I had known this before we married I might have changed my mind....LOL....NO I would still marry him.....but I just don't know about him sometimes....
so thanks for all your input on this subject......
I love blt's. I would have fruit. Or instead of blt's make blt salad. Which I love even more than Blt's. Start with a bed of lettuce, pile on any salad fixins you like, plenty of tomato, onions, bacon, shredded cheese, chopped boiled eggs, homemade croutons and ranch dressing. Or you could have blt sandwiches 1 day and blt salad the next.
