I was going to buy an elephant, but I couldn't figure out any way to get it home in my car.
I just don't have the trunk space.

Not really - many folks are members and only browse recipes.

If you want to enter the contest though you'll have to do so at this link:

It is amazing how people are so proud of their observational skills when they find the hidden object, but then demonstrate their actual total lack of observational skills by reporting their find in the wrong place.  Just saying...

Gretchen posted that thread in 2013.  My guess is she did not know where to enter the 'Hidden Object' contest.  She has not posted anything since 2013.  Patricia bumped up this thread for some reason.

When I first joined TOH I had no idea what I was doing.  I had only just got on-line so had no experience with chat rooms.    I bumped up a thread about ducks mating that was posted years earlier.  The thread was something about ducks 'fighting' in the street.  Having ducks of our own I knew that they were mating.  Some people really got a laugh about me bumping up that thread.

I've started replacing the page numbers with x's if they come through my control panel.  That way it doesn't spoil the fun.

Ah, that explains it!  I looked all over page 20 and couldn't find it!
