Does anyone know how to make the fried broccoli like they have at Red Lobster. It is very good. Also what is the white sauce they have to dip it in? Would appreciate any help. My son who doesn't like veggies will eat this.

I tried to make these. Not the same but very close. Do a search for a simple Beer Batter. However when you place in a deep frier, hold them in the oil with tongs for a few seconds other wise they will sink and adhear to the basket. I just use a homemade ranch dressing for the dip. My family can't get enough!

Also while I am frying I do the same to red bell peppers. They are very good also, so are mushrooms.
