    From Julia Childs Recipe Cookbook


    1/4 Cup Roquefort or other Blue cheese
    1 Egg beaten, divided
    Drops of worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbs Sour Cream or Crem Fraiche, or Cream.
    1-Lb. box of frozen puff pastry{ defrosted per directions]

    Cream the cheese with 1/2 of the egg and season with salt and pepper.Add the sour cream to make a fairly thick paste that holds its shape.

    Cut dough into 2 inch squares. Place a Tsp of the cheese mixture in the center of each square.
    Moisten the 4 corners of each one with cold water and pinch the corners together over the top of the filling. Place bundles on a lightly greased cookie sheet, cover and chill for 30 minutes. Set oven at 400.
    Blend a Tsp of water into the remaining egg and brush over the tops of the bundles, repeat with the glaze.

    Bake 12-15 minutes, until puffed and brown- the corners spread open during baking, but stay upright to hold in the filling. Enjoy~Janie~
