  • Recipes that use Campbells Cheddar Cheese soup or Fiesta Cheese??
    Dont you love it when you clean out your pantry and you find items that you KNOW you purchased for a reason BUT HAVE NO IDEA WHY ???
    I have 2 cans of Cheddar Cheese soup and 2 cans of Fiesta Cheese soup?
    Anyone out there know why I bought it (LOL !!)??
    NO....how about a recipe instead

    Prep Time: 15 min. • Cook Time: 40 min. • Chill Time: 24 hr.

    Ingredients:6 cups French bread OR Italian bread cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1 cup milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (6 ounces)


    Directions:
    1. Arrange bread cubes in greased 2-quart shallow baking dish. Mix soup, milk and eggs. Add cheese. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    2. Uncover. Bake at 350°F. for 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serves 6.

    Tip:
    Recipe may be doubled. Double all ingredients. Divide ingredients evenly between two 2-quart shallow baking dishes.

    Our version of the classic Welsh rarebit is served in crisp pastry shells filled with diced ham, topped with tomato slices and Cheddar cheese soup and seasoned with Worcestershire and mustard.

    Ingredients:1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm® Frozen Puff Pastry Shells
    3/4 cup cubed cooked ham
    6 tomato slices
    1 can Campbell's® Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1/3 cup milk
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    Paprika


    Directions:
    BAKE pastry shells according to pkg. directions. Let cool. Remove and discard pastry tops. Spoon ham into shells and top with tomato slices.

    MIX soup, milk, Worcestershire and mustard in saucepan. Heat through. Pour soup mixture over pastry shells and sprinkle with paprika. Serves 6.

    Ingredients:1 can Campbell's® Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1/3 cup milk


    Directions:
    1. In small saucepan mix soup and milk. Over low heat, heat through, stirring often. Serve over broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, baked potatoes, French fries, omelets or pasta. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

    Tip:
    To serve over broccoli, use 1 pound fresh broccoli, cut into spears or 1 package (about 10 ounces) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained.

    Savory mashed potatoes are laced with a cheddar cheese sauce, sour cream and green onion. Baked to a golden turn, this dish is a real crowd pleaser.

    Ingredients:3 cups mashed potatoes *
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1/3 cup sour cream OR plain yogurt
    Generous dash pepper
    1 green onion, chopped


    Directions:
    MIX potatoes, soup, sour cream, pepper and onion. Place in 1 1/2-qt. baking dish.

    BAKE at 350°F. for 30 min. or until hot. Serves 8.

    Tip:
    *Cook 2 lb. potatoes (peeled and cut into 1" pieces) in water to cover. Add salt if desired. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes with 3/4 cup milk and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine. (Season to taste.)

    1/2 cup milk
    Dash pepper
    4 cups cooked broccoli cuts
    1 can (2.8 oz.) French's® French Fried Onions


    Directions:
    MIX soup, milk, pepper, broccoli and 1/2 can onions in 1 1/2-qt. casserole.

    BAKE at 350°F. for 25 min. or until hot.

    STIR . Sprinkle remaining onions on top. Bake 5 min. Serves 6.

    Ingredients:1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Campbell's® Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
    8 flour tortillas (8'')
    2 cups shredded lettuce


    Directions:
    COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.

    ADD soup and salsa and heat through.

    SPOON about 1/3 cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce. Fold tortilla around filling. Serve with additional salsa. Serves 4.

    1 can Campbell's® Tomato with Roasted Garlic &
    Herbs Soup
    1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
    3/4 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 can Campbell's® Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
    1 cup milk
    2 tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/3 cups instant mashed potato flakes
    Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

    COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.

    STIR in tomato soup, corn, picante sauce and cumin. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min.

    MIX cheese soup, milk and butter in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Remove
    from heat. Stir in potato flakes. Let stand 30 seconds. Mix with fork until evenly moistened. Drop potatoes by large spoonfuls onto beef mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro.

    Prep/Cook Time 20 min.

    1 can Campbell's® Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1 soup can water
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    Corn tortillas


    Directions:
    1. Mix soups, water and beef. Layer with corn tortillas in 2-qt. shallow baking dish.

    2. Bake at 350°F. until bubbly.

    1 tbsp. chili powder
    6 sandwich rolls
    Sour cream


    Directions:
    SHAPE beef into 6 patties, 1/2" thick.

    COOK patties in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.

    ADD soup, water and chili powder. Heat to boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.

    SERVE on rolls with sour cream. Serves 6.

    Ingredients:1 can Campbell's® Cheddar Cheese Soup

    1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
    2 cans (5 oz. each) Swanson® Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
    10 flour tortillas (8'')
    Fiesta Rice


    Directions:
    PREHEAT oven to 425°F.

    MIX soup, salsa, beans and chicken in saucepan and heat through.

    SPREAD about 1/3 cup soup mixture on half of each tortilla to within 1/2" of edge. Moisten edge with water. Fold over and seal. Place on 2 baking sheets.
