    French Chocolates

    8 squares unsweetened chocolate
    4 ounces sweet chocolate

Melt chocolates together in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Add condensed milk and mix until smooth and well blended. Cool a few minutes. Shape into balls, using about 1 tsp. for each. Roll in nuts. Makes about 6 dozen.

    Cherry Surprise Balls Recipe

Melt 2 1oz semi-sweet chocolate baking squares in 1 can of condensed milk in a water bath. Once melted, let cook for 5 minutes.
(By the way you HAVE to have a little taste of that, it is to die for! I think you can probably make chocolate fondue with it, I will be trying it for sure!!!!)

Mix in 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs and chill for 1 hour.

You will need about 32 candied cherries. I mistakenly used the marachino ones and it turned out fine.
Take about 1 Tbsp of the chocolate mixture and form it into a ball around a cherry.
Roll the cherry in finely chopped coconut.
You can freeze these when doen to keep for the holidays! They are sooooo yummy!!!!!
    Enjoy!
