HELP!! Could I add instant hoc choc drink powder or cocoa to make a chocolate pud mix? (It's to make the yummy triple fudge brownies recipe I saw here in the summer - sorry I didnt write down the author.)

The ingredient list for a cookie called for the chocolate pudding mix, right? I would just add some cocoa to the dry ingredients for the cookies with the vanilla pudding mix. I don't think you'd have to add it the mix then to the rest of the ingredients. I don't know if the drink mix would bake up right?? I would add about 1/3 C. cocoa and then maybe a T. or two extra sugar.

I just add baking coco to my instant pudding to make it chocolate. 3 Tbsp. You can also add peantbutter to make it a great taste of chocolate peanutbutter flavor.
