    Someone recently posted this recipe. Ithought I printed it but I can't find it. I did a search but there are over 1,000 cinnamon roll posts. LOL

    Does this ring a bell with any of you?

    4 (7-1/2-ounce) tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup butter or margarine -- melted
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar

    Cut each biscuit into four pieces; shape into balls. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll each ball in cinnamon-sugar. Arrange evenly in a greased 10-in. fluted tube pan. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar. Combine butter and brown sugar; pour over the top. Bake at 350' for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting bread onto a serving platter.

    CINNAMON FLAT ROLLS

    1 pkg. (16 oz) frozen dinner rolls, thawed
    5 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

    On a floured surface, roll each dinner roll into a 5" circle. Brush with oil. Grill, uncovered, over medium
    heat for 1 minute on each side or until golden brown (burst any large bubbles with a fork). Combine
    sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over rolls. Yield: 1 dozen.

    *Omit nuts if you want

    2 tubes (8 oz each) Crescent Rolls
    2 tbsp. Butter
    ¼ c. Brown Sugar
    1 tbsp. Cinnamon
    1/3 c. Walnuts, finely chopped

    Unroll a tube of dough, do not separate crescents. On wax paper press perforations and seams together to form a rectangle.
    Repeat with second tube of dough. Spread butter over rectangles.

    Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough. Sprinkle with walnuts.

    Fold each rectangle in half starting with the short side. Cut each into eight strips then twist each strip. Place strips on ungreased
    baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm

    Cinnamon Fruit Biscuits

    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 tube (12 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, separated into 10 biscuits
    1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
    10 teaspoons strawberry preserves

    In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Dip top and sides of biscuits in butter, then in
    cinnamon-sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheets. With the end of a wooden spoon handle, make a
    deep indentation in the center of each biscuit; fill with 1 teaspoon preserves.

    Bake at 375º for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 15 minutes before serving
    (preserves will be hot). Yield: 10 servings.

    Nutty Cinnamon Sticky Buns
    1/3 c. Parkay Margarine
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pkg. Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
    Melt margarine in a 9- inch round baking pan in a 350° oven. Combine brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon. Sprinkle over melted butter. Arrange biscuits in pan with sides touching. Bake at 350° for 25- 30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown. Invert pan immediately onto a serving plate. Spread any remaining topping from the pan onto buns. Serve warm.

    Microwave Caramel Pecan Rolls
    Make grand magic in the microwave for those who love sticky buns and just have to have them NOW!Ingredients:
    Topping
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tablespoons light corn syrup
    2 tablespoons whipping cream
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    Rolls
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 (10.2-oz.) can (5 biscuits) Pillsbury® Grands!® Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
    Preparation Directions:
    1. Place 1/4 cup butter in 9-inch microwave-safe pie pan. Microwave on HIGH for 40 to 60 seconds. Add all remaining topping ingredients except pecans; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir; sprinkle pecans over top.
    2. In shallow microwave-safe dish, melt 2 tablespoons butter in microwave on HIGH for 20 to 30 seconds. In another shallow dish, combine 1/3 cup brown sugar and cinnamon; mix well.
    3. Separate dough into 5 biscuits. Dip biscuits in melted butter to coat all sides; dip in brown sugar mixture, coating well. Arrange biscuits in circle over topping in pie pan, leaving center open.
    4. Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 6 minutes or until dough in center of biscuits is no longer doughy. Cool 30 seconds; invert onto serving plate. Serve warm.
