    BBQ Ribs

Slabs of ribs (frozen is fine)
    Bottled BBQ Sauce
    Sliced Oranges

Combine, bake very slowly at 250 for about 3-4 hours at least..

    Lamb Shanks

    Lamb shanks (frozen is fine)
Fresh herbs if possible (rosemary, mint)
    Garlic Cloves
    Coarse ground black pepper
Some wine (about 1/4 cup per shank)
