  • What to do with leftover Fried Fish?
I have some leftover fried fish from last night. Would love any recipe you might have to re-vamp this dish. I just hate to throw out so much good fish but my familia won't eat it as a leftover.

    Thanks in advance!

Make fish sandwiches: Mix mayo and sweet relish, spread on toasted buns and top the (re-heated) fish with a slice of cheese (I prefer American cheese). Good with tomato soup for lunch.

Hi Elisia: You can find in the search on the left crab cake recipes. Any cooked fish can be flaked and used in place of the crab. I have done this with Boston Blue, Haddock, Whitefish and others. Marlene

Fish tacos -- reheat your fried fish and serve in a soft corn tortilla with shredded cabbage. Season with tartar sauce and/or taco sauce. Yummy!

You know, my son watches Rocket Power (a cartoon) and they are always eating fish tacos. I think that would be such a treat to fix him something like that. Great idea.
    Thanks!
