Has anyone ever used Snow White non-melting sugar? I saw it advertised in The Baker's Catalogue. It is a confectioner's sugar that isn't suppose to melt and disappear on pastries, especially good when you have cookies or pastries stored in the freezer.

The only non-melting sugar I use is "Pearl Sugar", called "Hagelzucker" in Germany (Hail Stone Sugar).
Have never seen non melting powdered in a store but if you go to an in store bakery in a large supermarket, they may sell you a lbs or so. Most likely cheaper than from the catalog.
