I don't have a lot of room and was wondering ifI could just tore these in a cold room or do they have to be kept at a lower temp.

With pork in them I would be afraid not to keep them in the fridge

Definitely keep any meat products in the fridge.

Here In MI, I store my "extra" items in my garage. It stays very cold. I package them well, so they don't freeze (unless we have a very cold night with high winds)

I've been using our garage for a refigerator alot the last couple of weeks! One advantage to this cold weather!

It is 26 right now so it is cold here too. I have just set my pan of fudge out under my garage. I made the fondant for some candy I will dip in caramels in the am and set it out there too. I have some coconut orange balls out there too. I sure hope no dogs come up here tonight and get my stuff. We don't have a garage door. I wrapped everything up in foil so it is covered. Thanks for the suggestion

CathyLew: If you don't have a garage door, you can store food in a cooler of in the trunk of your car.
