...besides the fat grams and calorie count, which they wisely omitted LOL(The crust is peanut butter cookie, the filling is peanut butter, cream cheese, whipped cream made from heavy cream, the topping is crushed peanuts and chocolate drizzle) from current Family Circle and Schimschack's Restaurant in Pekin NY.
    Yummy!

    Schimschack's Peanut Butter Slide Pie

    1 c. heavy cream
12 pieces refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough (such as Toll House)
    6 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 T. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. crushed peanuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips (presumably semisweet)

Heat oven to 350. Coat 9 inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. With an electric mixer, beat cream to stiff peaks. Refrigerate. Roll out cookie dough between two sheets of waxed paper into as big a circle as possible. Remove one of the sheets of waxed paper and invert dough into prepared pie plate. Press dough up sides of dish--not over rim--with lightly floured fingertips. If dough is sticky and paper difficult to remove, refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes. Bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and press down center slightly, if puffed. Cool completely on wire rack. In large bowl, blend together cream cheese and both sugars until smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla; beat until light colored. Fold in chilled whipped cream until no streaks remain. Spoon peanut butter filling into cooled crust. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Before serving, sprinkle top of pie with crushed peanuts. Melt chocolate chips in glass bowl in microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through. Drizzle over pie. Slice and serve.
From Schimschack's Restaurant in Pekin NY, wherever that is. What's not to like besides the fat grams and calorie count (LOL). My goodness, the crust is peanut butter cookie, the filling is cream cheese, peanut butter and whipped cream, and the garnish is peanut and chocolate (yummy)
