I have several packs of Banh Trang spring roll skins. Can I freeze them or will they keep in the cupboard? I have never used these before.

LOL. I meant spring roll skins. Guess I should proof my messages.

Well, are they the dried kind? (like dried pasta from the store?) I have some spring roll wrappers (skins) that have been in my pantry for about 6 months (the kind for making the non-fried Thai-style spring rolls that you fill with raw veggies), and they are just fine, it's just like keeping a bag of macaroni in your pantry for that long. But if yours are fresh, like wonton wrappers, then I'd freeze them if you're keeping them past their expiration date. Hope this helps.

I agree that the "rice paper wrappers" have a very long shelf life like dried pasta. I freeze egg rolls and wonton wrappers for future use. Marlene
