    Irish Cream Cakes

    Cakes
    1pkg white cake mix
1 6oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 ½ c Irish Cream Liqueur
    1 c miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
    4 eggs
    ½ c vegetable oil

    Glaze
    1c Irish Cream Liqueur
    3c confectioner’s sugar

Preheat oven to 350degrees. In a large mixing bowl combine all cake
ingredients and blend well. Pour into 10 greased and floured
1c metal gelatin or cake molds.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients, blending well.
While cakes are still warm in pans, poke holes in cakes
and pour glaze mixture oven them. Allow cakes to cool at least
2 hours before removing from pans.

Can be made with other cream liqueurs and
flavors of cake mix and instant pudding.
Caramel liqueur and spice cake mix
    is very yummy.
    I plan on trying Chocolate-
    Hazelnut Liqueur,
    Chocolate cake, and
    chocolate pudding
    for New Year’s Eve.

I saw your title and thought you were wanting decorating ideas. If that is the case, LOL, I love the ones frosted with white cream cheese and decorated with the little tiny frosting carrots.

Ice it with some Maple cream cheese icing and sprinkle the whole cake with chopped almonds.

Purchase a couple of tubes of decorating icing and draw a carrot on top. They ate fun to use and can be found in the baking section in the supermarket. There are also available other cake decorating things to purchase that you can be creative with``~~~ Have Fun and if you would like a recipe for the icing just give me a whistle~~Janie~~

Did you mean what kind of frosting would you use?

If you did, I would use a cream cheese frosting and if you want to decorate it use a butter cream for the decoration part of it.
