  • What to serve with crab cakes?
I've never made them before but I found a recipe I would like to try. It seems simple enough but what in the world goes with crab cakes????? Thanks!

Salad either a tossed or coleslaw, crusty bread, a rice like risotto.

Hey Country Apple, I made some salmon patties the other nite, I guess the same side dishes can go for both. I had home made french fries and a nice salad, or you can have cole slaw, or even tomatoes cut into chunks and red onion and cucumbers marinaded in Italian salad dressing. It isnt hard,I guess anything can really go.Bakerfreek.

I like coleslaw and sliced tomatoes. French fries go great with crabcakes but I never make them - too lazy I guess.

    We usually have:

    Sauteed Zucchini "sticks" or
    Baked Oven French Fries or
    Homemade Cole Slaw

    Yummy, enjoy!
